成都建材院第六届读书季暨第一届文化节
为进一步厚植公司文化底蕴，让广大员工从中华优秀传统文化中汲取智慧和力量，成都建材院于2025年3月启动了以“赓续中华文脉 谱写时代华章”为主题的第六届读书季暨第一届文化节活动。8月30日，本次活动的重要组成部分——中华优秀传统文化传播展示分享会在成都建材院多功能厅举办，公司管理团队和员工代表和青年代表等180余人现场参加活动。
成都建材院10支队伍在“中华优秀传统文化传播展示分享会”上，围绕 “中华有节、唐诗风韵、宋词华章、礼仪之邦、武术精魂、梨园芬芳、大美汉字、茶艺荟萃、修身齐家、道法自然”等十个植根于中华文化沃土，涵盖了哲学、书法、诗词、戏曲等方面的中华优秀传统文化的璀璨精华，通过诵读诗词、吟唱古今、情景再现等多种形式致敬经典、致敬中华文明，既追溯历史渊源探寻文化脉络，也结合公司实际挖掘当代启示，在精彩演绎中寓教于乐、融学于趣、化教于心，让中华优秀传统文化基因持续内化，为强固精神支柱厚积底蕴。

2019年以来，成都建材院已持续举办了六届读书季活动，为了将读书季活动打造为成都建材院乃至中材国际的一张亮丽的文化名片，今年又增加了“文化节”的主题，活动丰富多彩。
除了组织员工开展阅读、撰写读书心得、举办读书分享活动，还围绕“衣食住行”四个主题，组织员工参观博物馆和有地方特色的古建筑，亲身感受触摸中华文明；同时还举办了绘画、书法、摄影、手工作品展览，充分展示了成都院员工的文化素养和精神风貌。

Since 2019, CDI has held six consecutive book season activities. In order to make the book season activities a beautiful cultural calling card for CDI and even Sinoma International Engineering Co., Ltd this year has added the theme of "Cultural Festival" and the activities are rich and colorful.
In addition to organizing employees to read, write book reviews, and hold book sharing activities, we also organized employees to visit museums and ancient buildings with local characteristics around the four themes of "clothing, food, housing, and transportation", to personally experience and touch Chinese civilization; At the same time, exhibitions of paintings, calligraphy, photography, and handmade works were also held, fully showcasing the cultural literacy and spiritual outlook of CDI employees.
