China Resources Wuxuan 4500TPD clinker cement production line EPC project
1. Project Introduction
It is a complete 4500tpd clinker cement production line with 9MW waste heat recovery system and dock loading system on turn-key basis,the first production line of China Resources Cement in recent ten years .
2. Project characteristics
1) application of the second-generation of high efficient low-nitrogen preheating precalcining system.
2) application of high-speed rotary kiln.
3) super giant clinker storage: it is the first time to adopt a giant clinker storage of 200,000 ton’s storage content with a diameter of 75m with no column.
4) phptovoltaic panel is used in transporting corridor to reduce power consumption.
5) general application of various advanced equipment such as permanent magnet motor, magnetic coupling, magnetic suspension fan, high-efficient fan,etc.
The project has been in operation with excellence.
