CRM3604 Vertical Mill Manufactured by CDI Has Been Put Into Operation Successfully

Recently, the first CRM3604 Vertical mill which was developed and manufactured by CDI independently has been put into operation successfully in technical transformation project of Guang’an Guixing 2500 t/d cement production line.

Because of its advantages such as low energy consumption, high efficiency grinding, better drying capacity, simple system flow, large-scale production capacity, and so on, vertical mill has become core equipment of grinding system in cement industry. Although this kind of equipment has been monopolized by European supplier for a long time, vertical mill made in China at the initial stage has had a rapid development today. CDI has always been committed to research and development of new technologies, so on one hand we constantly improve the firing system technology while on the other hand, efforts have been made to develop vertical mill. CRM3604 vertical mill’s grinding table diameter is 3600mm, installed power is 2000kW, and it is applicable to 2500-3000t/d clinker production line. The manufacture time of this vertical mill lasted for 9 months and was put into operation on April 27th, 2009. Until now, the vertical mill raw materials preparation system has been running smoothly with simple operation and small vibration. Under the condition that fineness degree of product is satisfying 80μm sieve 12% residue, the average output of vertical mill raw materials preparation system is 220t/h, and the maximum output can reach 240t/h. The Owner gave a high evaluation to this vertical mill for its excellent performance. Vertical mill applicable to 5000t/d clinker production line also developed and manufactured by CDI will be put into operation next year.

Technology progress is the source of enterprise development. With professional technical team and a wealth of practical experience, CDI has successfully developed and manufactured CRM series vertical mill, and this has played a positive role in promoting development of grinding technology of Chinas cement industry.
