Signature of Turnkey Contract for HCC 5000TPD Clinker Cement Project

CDI signed the Turnkey Contract for HCC 5000TPD Clinker Cement Project with Hail Cement Company, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which engages CDI to construct a new Greenfield cement plant with capacity of 5000TPD clinker at Hail City in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on turnkey basis. With a total price of USD 144,000,000 and Euro 40,000 and a time schedule of 31 months starting from the Commence Date (the date of receipt of the down payment), the scope of works covers engineering, design, equipment supply, civil, erection, commissioning, performance test, training of the Owner’s personnel, attainment of guaranteed figures and have over of the functional plant to the Owner. The process and techniques adopted are all developed by CDI. The Contract comes into force on the date of its signature (May 21, 2010).

The Agreement is signed by HRH Prince Saud ibn Abdulmohsen Al Saud, nominated Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hail Cement Company and Governor of Hail Province, and Mr. Jiao Feng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CDI.
