The Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC) was issued by the Owner to the EPC Project of GOE Beni Suef 6*6000TPD Clinker Cement Production Line on the 27thof May, 2019.

Signed and executed since June 2016, this EPC Project of GOE Beni Suef 6*6000TPD Clinker Cement Production Line is not only the biggest cement project constructed simultaneously at the same time at the same site over the history of world cement industry, but also the overseas EPC cement project with the shortest contract schedule. With hard working and elaborate organization, CDI achieved clinker production within 18 months as scheduled in the contract, commenced performance tests on the 7thof March 2018, fulfilled all the performance tests on the 12thof May 2018, and the Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC) was issued by the Owner on the 27thof May 2018, which announces beginning of the warranty period.

With entering into the warranty period, the Ministry of Defense of Egypt established El Wataneya Company for Cement, Beni Suef to operate the plant. Confronted with the strict requirements of the new management team, CDI succeeded in maintaining the major KPI indexes such as equipment running ratio and reliability at the top of the world cement industry.

Meanwhile, good effects are also achieved regarding the Owner’s multiple businesses orientation and energy saving policy, which is highly appreciated by the Owner’s new management team. And at the last day of the 12-month warranty period, FAC was issued on the 27thof May 2019, signifying a perfect closure of the biggest project over the history of world cement industry.
