Wuan Xinfeng 2×4800t/d clinker production line expansion project line B successfully passed the performance test

On July 14, 2011, Wuan Xinfeng 2×4800t/d clinker production line expansion project line B successfully passed72-hour performance test which was general contracted by our company and the project was successfully ignited on  June 16 and from June 23 began to trial production. Currently, all are met and some are exceeded contractual requirement.
Wuan Xinfeng 2×4800t/d clinker production line expansion project was to begin construction from June 2009 and line A project was successfully one-time firing at 10:10 on October 10, 2010 and got the owner’s confirmation of assessment. This project uses our self-developed CRM5304 Vertical Roller mill for raw meal and CDC. Since line B has put into production on June 23, 2011, the production of the Vertical Roller mill for raw meal system is in a steady running above 440t/d. The CDC is stable, with low heat consumption, fuel adaptability and the system clinker production is more than 5500t/d and the unit heat consumption of clinker is less than 710kcal/kg-cl and the unit power consumption of clinker is less than 60kwh. Every process indicator ranks the leading domestic level.
