Successful using 100% anthracite as fuel in clinker sintering in Guangying Project

Guangdong Qingyuan Guangying Cement Co. 2500 t/d cement line designed by CDI was successfully ignited in November 16, 2005, and put into full-capacity production in November 29.

This line utilized technology of 100% anthracite as fuel in clinker sintering with CDC precalcining system developed by CDI. Based on systematic study and experiment to combustion property of anthracite in precalcining system, CDI has optimized the design of pyroprocessing technique and equipment, and developed corresponding technology and facilities.

Since the clinker line put into full-capacity production in November 29, its daily output has reached over 2500t, with clinker 3-days compressive strength of 31.8Mpa. All its technical targets have reached or exceeded the design values. From the practice, CDI’s technology of 100% anthracite as fuel in clinker sintering has been demonstrated to be advanced, matured and reliable.
