Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC) Issued for HCC 5000TPD Clinker Production Line Project in Saudi

The Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC) was issued by the Owner on the date of September 19, 2013 to Hail Cement Project with Capacity of 5000TPD Clinker undertaken by CDI.

All the 66 items of performance tests of 19 categories as defined in the contract have been accomplished and the test results have all reached and even excelled the contract figures.

During implementation of the project, with quality and schedule being fully ensured, CDI also realized Zero Accident.

Mr. Fahad Al Rasheedi, the Plant Manager of HCC, highly commended CDI’s achievement in safety, quality, schedule and performances and issued the PAC on behalf of the Owner.
