Resource Stewardship Day: SINOMA CDI Hosts Open Event in Saudi Arabia
In response to the deployment of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) for the State-owned Enterprise Open Day and the call for the 7th "Resource Stewardship Day" of China National Building Material Group, SINOMA CDI Saudi Branch held an open event themed "Integration and Coexistence" on 8th September 2026. The event invited Chinese and foreign employees as well as their families to participate, widely communicating the corporate development philosophy and rallying the pioneering strength of the multinational team.
Long Kai, Deputy General Manager of the branch, attended the event and delivered a speech. He expressed gratitude to all employees and their families for taking root overseas and strongly supporting the company’s overseas business development. He pointed out that SINOMA CDI Saudi Branch has always upheld the Group’s corporate mission of “Materials Create a Better World” and practiced its core philosophy of “Making Good Use of Resources and Serving Construction”. The branch is deeply integrated into Saudi Arabia’s local development drive, focusing on key areas including international capacity cooperation, smart construction site development and green low-carbon growth, and continuously promotes quality and efficiency improvement of overseas projects.He expressed the hope that this event will serve as a bridge to facilitate communication between Chinese and foreign employees, enhance mutual trust and integration, support the high-quality overseas development of the enterprise, and empower the steady advancement of new-quality productive forces.
During the event, participants watched thematic promotional videos of China National Building Material Group, SINOMA International and SINOMA CDI. They gained a comprehensive understanding of the company’s practical achievements in scientific and technological innovation, digital and intelligent transformation, green development, cultural development and other fields, and deeply appreciated the corporate responsibility for engaging in real economy, making good use of resources and advancing sustainable development.
The event featured an immersive session showcasing fine traditional Chinese culture. Combining knowledge sharing with hands-on activities, it invited Chinese and foreign employees together with their families to learn about traditional Chinese medicine wellness and the aesthetics and etiquette of Chinese folding fans. Participants took part in special activities including making wormwood hammers and painting rice-paper folding fans, enabling foreign employees to experience the profound heritage and unique charm of traditional Chinese culture up close.
Fully adhering to the CNBM "Three Principles" for win-win overseas cooperation, the event built consensus for development through cultural integration and injected robust spiritual momentum into the company’s continued development in the Saudi market and expansion of overseas business.
