From the affordable housing project in cooperation with the Egyptian Ministry of Defense in 2021, to the diversified layout covering "high-end commercial and residential complexes" (THE VILL villa project) and "livelihood affordable housing" (Salam city project) in 2024, covering all levels of demand from "affordable housing" to "high-end residential", it not only addresses the housing shortage problem in a targeted manner, but also provides diversified housing choices for Egyptian residents, helping to enhance their sense of livelihood. Simultaneously driving employment and economic growth, activating local development momentum.
