In recent years, CDI has achieved significant breakthroughs in the development process of the petroleum industry.
In 2021, the successful construction of the Egyptian Petrojet Φ 110m crude oil tank project by CDI can be regarded as an industry model. The project covers the construction of 5 giant floating roof crude oil tanks, with a single tank diameter of 110 meters and a height of 21.8 meters. The tank weight exceeds 3,300 tons, and the floating roof part weighs 1,000 tons. The single tank capacity is 175,000 cubic meters and can store 1.1 million barrels of crude oil. The project successfully obtained Guinness World Records certification and was awarded the title of "World's Largest Floating Roof Tank".
This iconic project is a milestone in deepening the Egyptian market and entering the petrochemical industry. As a national key project in Egypt, the successful completion of this project has laid a solid foundation for the long-term development of CDI in the petroleum industry.
Signed the general contracting project for the Iraq Challenger 32MW heavy oil power plant in 2025. The construction period of heavy oil power plants is short and the operation is flexible. After the project is completed, it can become an important source of electricity supply for the owners, reduce the cost of industrial electricity consumption, and promote regional economic development.
