Slag

CDI has been actively conducting research in the fields of solid waste and circular economy for many years, and has now achieved key breakthroughs that are needed. On May 10, 2022, the Egypt GOE NCC 60TPH slag grinding project (hereinafter referred to as the "Egypt NCC Slag Grinding Project") undertaken byCDIobtained the PTOC certificate issued by the owner, marking the successful performance of the project. All assessment indicators are superior to the contract requirements and standards, with excellent product performance and high market recognition.

The coal series kaolin suspension calcination (coal series kaolin) 10 TPD pilot line project implemented in Wu'an, Hebei in 2023 has been successfully put into operation, demonstrating its leading position in energy conservation, emission reduction, and green low-carbon technology. It also provides strong technical support for subsequent large-scale industrial applications.

The Hebei Qingfeng Green Energy Project constructed by CDIhas achieved technological breakthroughs in difficult to treat solid waste such as steel slag and coal gangue, meeting the annual utilization target of bulk solid waste in the 2024 State Council's "Opinions on Waste Recycling System". It provides a replicable solution to solve the problem of industrial solid waste disposal.

In summary, the slag utilization technology project of CDIis not only a successful practice of technological innovation, but also builds a multidimensional value system of technological breakthroughs, industrial upgrading, and international expansion, contributing "Chinese wisdom" and "Chinese solutions" to the development of China's circular economy and global ecological governance.

GOE NCC 60TPH Slag Grinding Project in Egypt

On May 10, 2022, the Egypt GOE NCC 60TPH slag grinding project (hereinafter referred to as the "Egypt NCC Slag Mill Project") undertaken by CDI obtained the PTOC certificate issued by the owner, marking the successful performance of the project.

All equipment used in this project is domestically produced, with the core equipment being the CRM4022 vertical mill independently developed and manufactured by CDI.

After the NCC slag grinding project in Egypt was put into operation, it produced different mineral powder products and slag cement products from multiple raw material sources, with excellent product performance and high market recognition.
