In 2019, CDI signed the SCR ultra-low emission renovation project for Wu'an Xinfeng Cement Co., Ltd. This is the first NOx ultra-low emission control project in the cement industry in Hebei Province. This project adopts the integrated technology of "high-temperature electrostatic precipitator+SCR denitrification", providing a new technical mode and idea for denitrification in the cement industry, promoting the progress of denitrification technology in the cement industry, and helping to improve the environmental protection level of the entire industry.
Promoting the achievement of energy conservation and emission reduction goals
The projects in which it participated have achieved significant innovation and breakthroughs in low-temperature SCR denitrification technology for cement flue gas, providing strong technical support for energy conservation and emission reduction, and green development in the cement industry. This helps cement enterprises reduce nitrogen oxide emissions, minimize environmental pollution, and comply with national energy conservation and emission reduction policies. It has a positive significance for achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals.
Having independent innovation technology
CDI has related patented technologies such as "a self regulating denitration system and process for temperature and air coefficient inside a decomposition furnace". This technology avoids problems of crust formation and uneven mixing of flue gas, forms a swirling effect in the decomposition furnace, strengthens the mixing of auxiliary combustion air and flue gas, accelerates the combustion of fuel to reduce heat consumption, and can also achieve precise control of material distribution ratio. It accurately adjusts the temperature field inside the denitration furnace and decomposition furnace, providing a stable high-temperature area for NOx reduction and fuel combustion, demonstrating its innovative ability in denitration technology research and development.
