Active lime calcining technology

The active lime rotary kiln calcining process and fixed bed preheater system in this technology enable the bulk materials to fully absorb the heat in the kiln flue gas. The whole process is simple and can be increase to large scale easily. The active lime calcined through this technology has an activity more than 90%, the system heat consumption is less than 1200kCal/kg, and the maximum capacity of a single line can reach 1500t/d.
