Mine/steel slag vertical mill grinding technology

Based on the principle of material bed grinding, and combined with the characteristics of slag and steel slag, technology of "pairing roller dissimilation matching roller" has been adopted in this technology to stabilize the material layer, give full play to the rolling potential, improve the grinding efficiency, and reduce the unit power consumption; by using the original deironing technology in grinding mill to reduce the iron content in the mill; the entire process system realizes the iron removal of the whole system node to reduce the iron content in slag fed to mill, thereby to reduce equipment wear and extend the lifetime of wear parts. This technology uses vertical mill to prepare slag fine powder, and the system power consumption is less than 40kWh/t.
