New Dry Kiln Calcining of Alumina Clinker Technology

Based on the technology of the new dry cement calcination, and the characteristics of alumina clinker calcination, this new dry calcination technology is specially developed for direct calcination of red mud and original bauxite. This technology can greatly save the sintering heat consumption of alumina clinker by more than 40% and the system power consumption more than by 10% comparing with the traditional calcination process of wet kiln.
