Moving device communication technology

There are a lot of moving equipment in modern cement plants (especially stacker and reclaimer machine) need to transfer their information to the central control room to undertake controlling and monitoring. At early time mobile cable is used to transfer information, which has short lifespan, high maintenance and investment cost, and is complicate to operate. Although wireless communication mode has been adopted later, situations like communication break down or instability still exist to effect normal operation due to worse and dusty factory condition. This technology, by planning a variety of wireless communication programs in a number of tests on site and according to the results of program optimization and adjustment , can ensure that the equipment can operate in a stable and safe state in harsh and complex environment for a long period of time.
