Successful Issuance of PTOC by Ministry of Defense of Egypt for GOE Beni Suef EPC Project Undertaken by Sinoma-CDI

GOE Beni Seuf 6*6000TPD Clinker Cement Production Lines undertaken by Sinoma-CDI on EPC basis for the Ministry of Defense of Egypt fulfilled the performance guarantee tests on the 12th of May 2018, with all the tests results reaching and even excelling the figures specified in the contract, and then the Provisional Taking Over Certificate (PTOC) was issued to Sinoma-CDI by the Ministry of Defense of Egypt on the date of 28th of May 2018, marking successful completion of the biggest construction project over the history of global cement industry and its entering the next stage of contract implementation.
The Contract of GOE Beni Suef 6*6000TPD Clinker Cement Production Lines was signed and came into force in June 2016. The Project is the biggest cement construction project in the history of global cement industry to be built simultaneously at the same time and at the same site, but with the shortest contract time schedule for an overseas EPC cement project. Under the correct direction of CNBM and Sinoma International, all the staff of Sinoma-CDI have worked hard and devoted all of its energy and efforts to having accomplished firing of the pyro system and putting into production of the cement mill system and the packing system as scheduled in the Contract, and passing all the performance guarantee tests as stipulated in the Contract. This remarkable accomplishment has been highly appreciated and acknowledged by the Ministry of Defense of Egypt and the Egyptian society, and has laid a solid foundation for further development of business operations in Egypt by CNBM, Sinoma International and Sinoma-CDI.
