Egypt kafr El sheikh Housing Project

The project, a total of 109 buildings of 12 stories covering a floorage of 1.12 million square meters, locates in the city of Kafr El Sheikh, Egypt. The scope of works under EPC Contract includes foundation excavation, CFA pile foundation and its upper concrete framework, building finishing and indoors water and electrical arrangement and construction.

 

This project is one of the city development program initiated by Egyptian President to carried out in capital cities and main cities of each province in Egypt, it is also the biggest residential building project of the Serial Urban Planning aiming to promote livelihood of local resident. Construction of the project will provide more than 4000 job-positions, and will provide improved living condition for more than ten thousand families ( more than fifty thousands resident ) in total.
