This technology adopts the three-staged composite denitration process composed of “ staged combustion of decomposition furnace + SNCR + SCR ”. For the characteristics of high content of dust and harmful components in the flue gas of the cement production line, the SCR denitration technology, by using the process of “high temperature and medium dust content”, has effectively solved the problems like short lifetime of denitration catalyst and decrease in denitration efficiency after a long time of operation of the cement production line. The actual operation figures have shown that the operation resistance of the whole SCR system is less than 800Pa and the temperature of the exhaust gas drops less than 10°C.
