New Dry Process Technology of Cement Manufacturing through High Moisture Chalk

This technology has successfully solved such problems as high moisture chalky material storage, easy to jam during unloading, and difficulty in accurate measurement, efficient drying, raw meal preparation with high qualification rate as well as low operation rate of the system for the first time in the world, but also has such advantages like lower energy consumption, large scale operation and high operation rate compared to the traditional wet process or half dry process technology. This technology has been applied in several new dry process cement production lines in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Togo and other countries as a replacement of the existing technologies of wet process and half dry process in regions rich in high moisture chalk minerals.
