A few days ago, the EPC project——4.5MW Low-Temperature Waste Heat Power Generation System of Yunnan Kungang & K.Wah Cement Construction Materials Co.,Ltd. Baoshan Shidian 3000t/d Cement Production Line, was put into operation successfully.
This project was composing with three parts: mine, cement production line and waste heat power generation system, in which, the cement production line was supplied all the engineering design and core technique equipment by CDI, and mine (including long belt conveyor transportation) and waste heat power generation system was done in EPC model by CDI.
we adjust measures to local condition, adopted single press steam enter system in accordance with concrete characteristics, such as the system was located in high altitude area and the low energy consumption clinkerizing system; take practical data of CDC clinkerizing system in operation and low temperature waste gas as basic condition, manufactured complete sets of 4.5MW congeal steamer unit, the designed average generating power is 4.0MW. Now, the whole system of this project is put into operation successfully, under the situation that if clinker output reaches 3000t/d, the generating power can reach 4.32MW, the ton clinker waste heat generating electricity quantity reach 34.56 kW/h, it realize the aim that “save energy, reduce waste discharge” successfully.
It is reported that the double press 9.0MW low-temperature waste heat power generation unit will be put into operation soon.
