Suez Canal Bridge Constructed in Egypt Key Node - Successful First-lifting of Steel Structure for the New Bridge

At
domestic time 3pm on January 15th. 2020, the New Suez Canal
El-Ferdan Bridge of Egyptian military connecting the Asian and African
mainland, and constructed by Sinoma-CDI & SRBG joint consortium has
successfully completed first lifting of steel structure at the witness of the
Owner and consultant company. Which symbolize that the installation work of
steel structure on site is entering into the substantive stage. Highly
efficient early work and scheduled progress in project has won high appraise
and acceptance from the Owner.

Shipment of steel structure
Under
the strict guidance and elaborate planning from the logistic department, the
first shipment which contains single structure weighing more than 100 tons and has
a longitude of more than 20 meters initiates its shipment in November 27th.
2019.
The
first shipment of steel structure arrived at Port Said in Egypt on December 25th.
2019, and finished clearance at the Customs on December 27th. 2019,
and then started unloading for transportation. All those above mentioned
logistics was completed within 35 days.
The
safe, smooth and efficient unloading work at all ports and Site undertakes in
an intense and orderly manner, which has guarantied us enough time for installation
of steel structure in the latter work.
