Phosphogypsum cement production & co-production of sulfuric acid technology
Release Time:06/23/2020
This technology mainly uses the calcium raw material in gypsum to produce cement clinker, and the gaseous sulfur decomposed from this process is collected for the production of sulfuric acid. Phosphogypsum as a process wast cannot be effectively treated for a long time, and the treatment schemes currently in use cannot treat the phosphogypsum in large quantities and/or scale. After the adoption of this preparing technology in cement and sulfuric acid , the heat consumption of cement clinker firing is less than 1250 kCal/kg.cl, and the SO2 concentration (dry basis) in the flue gas is less than 9.5%. At the same time, the phosphogypsum can be processed on a large scale, and the damage to the environment can be reduced effectively.
