    Professional resources  

CDI has a professional team with expertise, competence, experiences and preciseness. Until now, more than seven hundred personnel is under employment, among them there are 165 R&D researchers, 259 engineering managerial personnel, 36 production operator, 123 equipment manufacturing personnel.

More than one hundred employees hold national charted certificates of various field, 75 person are professional-level senior engineer and more than three hundred personnel has high or middle grade professional title.  



Guided by the development goal of building an internationally competitive engineering company, CDI has implemented the talent-thriving-enterprise strategy in full scale by considering talent as CDI ’s utmost strategic resources . Guided by the people-oriented talent concept, CDI constantly perfects, innovates talent invitation, and cultivates, develops new mechanism, try to provide a harmonious, amiable and inspiring working environment, and to facilitates its employees’ value realization and comprehensive development.

    Education & Training

CDI provides a great learning and growth platform for its employees, and encourages every employee to join and participant in various training programs, which enable them to learn and growth during this process. According to CDI’s development needs, a training model of “ internally training first, and external training second” has been adopted to organize various targeted training programs every year, which comprehensively improve employee’s post skill, professional quality.
