Evaluation on Departments for Accomplishments Achieved in Year 2009

Evaluation on each department has been carried out within CDI since Jan. 4, 2010 and it has taken 1 week to evaluate the accomplishments achieved by each department and subsidiary company in the year of 2009 and also make out the targets in the year of 2010.

During the evaluation, each department and subsidiary company has reviewed their achievements in comparison with the targets set at the beginning of the year 2009,the director of each department has reviewed their jobs done in front of the top management and the staffs of the department. The top management then has evaluated the year 2009 of each department and make out the targets of year 2010.

Through the communications during evaluation, the objectives to be achieved in the year of 2010 are clearly demonstrated and the staffs are more encouraged and confident to face the challenges and overcome the difficulties.
