Humanistic Concern For Overseas Employees
Since entering Egypt in 2014, CDI has established a deep friendship with local employees over the past decade. CDI always respects local cultural customs, actively gives back to the local society, and has been implementing Ramadan charity activities for many years, establishing a good Chinese corporate image in the local area.
In 2023, on the occasion of the annual Muslim traditional month of Ramadan and Eid al Fitr, CDI Egypt Company held a Ramadan gift package distribution event, giving Ramadan gift packages and sending company blessings and greetings to hundreds of Egyptian localized Muslim employees and staff at the Cairo headquarters and six projects. According to local traditional customs in Egypt, the Ramadan gift packages distributed include essential items such as rice, flour, oil, salt, sugar, tea, as well as holiday nuts such as dates, almonds, walnuts, pistachios, and cashews.
Local employees in Egypt have also emerged in the international competition of CDI, becoming an important force in localized operations.
